Massage Therapy

Lindsay specializes in relaxation, therapeutic, and perinatal massage. Treatments may include trigger point therapy, stretching, joint mobilization, cupping, and aromatherapy.
Yoga
For thousands of years Yoga has traditionally served as a way for the practitioner to attain liberation. A regular Yoga practice improves strength and balance, contributes to greater mental clarity and calms the nervous system, and assists the practitioner in connecting with their True Nature.
1:1 Yoga sessions are a great way to begin or deepen your practice. Sessions are tailored to you and your goals. They may include elements of asana, mantra, meditation, and reflection.
Mindfulness Meditation
